制氧站循环冷却水系统循环水的浊度、悬浮物超标,不但容易生成软垢而且还会引起系统的腐蚀。如果水系统采用密闭式设计而补充水又使用简易的反渗透装置提供,就会导致循环水的pH值长期偏低,加速系统的腐蚀。通过采取在回水管线上增设旁流过滤器和在水中添加合适的水处理药剂等改进措施,来控制系统软垢的产生和腐蚀问题,保障循环冷却水系统长期安全稳定运行。介绍循环冷却水系统的腐蚀情况和采取改进措施所取得的效果。
