西安铁一中滨河学校开创的五人小组合作探究模式,能够培养学生的创造性、团队协作能力,信息技术课堂环境不同于其它的课堂环境,因此管理方法也需要创新。笔者通过对科代表的培养,达到对信息技术课堂的有效管理。
The five-person team cooperation inquiry mode pioneered by Xi’an Tied 1 Middle School can cultivate students’ creativity and teamwork ability. The information technology classroom environment is different from other classroom environments, so management methods also need innovation. The author achieved the effective management of the information technology classroom by training the representatives of the department.
