目的 :探讨鼻咽癌放射敏感性异质性与P5 3mRNA、FasmRNA、Bcl 2的相关性。方法 :用RT PCR检测人鼻咽癌细胞系CNE 2Z亚克隆株H5和S1的P5 3mRNA、FasmRNA表达 ;用Western blot检测两鼻咽癌亚克隆株的Bcl 2蛋白表达。结果 :两鼻咽癌亚克隆株FasmRNA、P5 3mRNA的表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性异质性相关性不明显 ;两鼻咽癌亚克隆株Bcl 2蛋白的表达与鼻咽癌放射敏感性异质性呈负相关。结论 :P5 3mRNA、FasmRNA的表达对鼻咽癌放射敏感性没有预见性 ,而Bcl 2与其异质性机理有关
Objective: To investigate the correlation between radiosensitivity heterogeneity and P5 3 mRNA, Fas mRNA and Bcl 2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: The mRNA expression of P53 and FasmRNA in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE 2Z subclones H5 and S1 were detected by RT-PCR. The protein expression of Bcl-2 was detected by Western blot. Results: The expressions of Fas mRNA and P53 mRNA in two nasopharyngeal carcinoma subclones were not significantly correlated with the radiosensitivity heterogeneity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The expressions of Bcl 2 protein in two nasopharyngeal carcinoma subclones and the radiosensitivity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma Quality is negatively correlated. CONCLUSION: The expression of P53 mRNA and Fas mRNA is not predictive of radiosensitivity of NPC, but Bcl 2 is associated with its heterogeneous mechanism
