非细菌性血栓性心内膜炎(NBTE)是临床上少见的心内膜炎,由于诊断较困难,多在死后尸检证实、现将我院收治的1例报告如下。并结合化献复习本病。 男性,58岁,因劳累后心慌气短3月余,左侧肢体失灵3天入院。半年前有从高约3米处坠地致左侧肋骨骨折史。体检:Bp13.3/9.3kpa,T36.7℃,心尖区闻及Ⅲ期较粗糙收缩期杂音。肌力左上肢Ⅳ级,左下肢Ⅱ级,巴氏征(+)。实验室检查: Non-bacterial thrombotic endocarditis (NBTE) is a clinically rare endocarditis, due to the diagnosis more difficult, more autopsy confirmed after death, now admitted to our hospital in 1 case reported as follows.
