Using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, ODS column, with mobile phase of nitrile-methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (40:35:25:0.5). Simultaneous determination of Strychnosine and Strychnos nucifera shouts in Strychnos substances and traumatic Liuwei tablets, reliable data and accurate results.
