新课程改革的课程目标是以提高学生的科学素养为主旨,其学习方式以科学探究为主,对评价的发展、激励以及诊断功能的课程评价方式进行了强化,有效地推动了真实的化学课堂教学的转变。促进学生的发展是新课程改革要求教学的目的,因此化学课程必须立足于“情感态度与价值观”“过程与方法”以及“知识与技能”三个层面针对高中化学课程的基本理念进行考查和实施。立足于教学的情境,同时根据情境创设的教育学以及心理学,针对有效教学情境的原则进行了阐述。
