以小鼠在密闭性缺氧条件下的存活时间为指标,观察云艺糖肽(PSP)和白介素(IL-2和IL-6)的作用。结果表明,用PSP和两种白介素灌胃8d均能明显提高小鼠的抗缺氧能力并能对抗环磷酰胺的抑制作用,延长存活时间,对其作用机理进行了初步探讨。
The survival time of mice under closed hypoxic conditions was used as an index to observe the effects of gefitin glycopeptide (PSP) and interleukin (IL-2 and IL-6). The results showed that the use of PSP and two kinds of interleukins for 8 days can significantly improve the ability of mice to resist hypoxia and can resist the inhibitory effect of cyclophosphamide, prolong the survival time, preliminary discussion of its mechanism of action.
