The management of multiple-education schools involves various aspects such as policies, school distribution, staffing, campus construction, financial management, ideological education, and teaching. This article only puts forward some opinions on the macro-management work in teaching, and combines the relevant practical experience inside and outside the province. I. Considering the characteristics of dual-teaching, the corresponding teaching plans and textbooks “Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Implementation of the Compulsory Education Law” proposes to “take a variety of forms of education. Primary schools shall not only hold full-time courses that provide all courses according to the teaching plan. Outside elementary schools, appropriate reduction curricula may be held in poor, remote and decentralized areas.
