在短跑中,200米是很难跑的距离,要求学生既要有良好的速度,又要有良好的速度耐力。因此,在当前学生文化课学习任务繁重的情况下,体育教师在教学中如何提高课堂教学效果,是一个必须重视的问题。笔者在教学中常采用不断变换跑的形式、环境等方法,以多样化、新颖性来调动学生练习的积极性,以此达到教学目的。下面浅谈运用追逐比赛法进行200米跑的教学方法,仅供同仁参考。
In sprint, 200 meters is difficult to run distance, require students to have both good speed, but also have good speed endurance. Therefore, under the current heavy workload of students’ cultural studies, how to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching in PE teaching is a problem that must be emphasized. I often used in teaching constantly changing the form of running, the environment and other methods to diversify and novelty to mobilize the enthusiasm of students in practice, in order to achieve the purpose of teaching.
