苏北初中发展整体推进的重要问题之一是师资管理问题。其师资管理的现状是教师流动缺位、评聘不分、校长任用机制僵化,导致教师整体素质发展缓慢,进而影响区域初中发展的整体推进。解决师资管理问题,务必在综合培训提高的基础上,着力建设区域初中教育发展共同体,区级教育主管部门健全并落实有效的师资管理制度和学校发展规划管理制度。
One of the important issues in promoting the overall development of junior high schools in northern Jiangsu is the management of teachers. The status quo of teacher management is the absence of teachers, the absence of appraisals, the rigidity of principals appointment mechanism, resulting in the slow development of teachers’ overall quality and the overall promotion of regional junior high school development. On the basis of improving comprehensive training, we must make every effort to build a regional junior high school education development community and district-level education authorities to improve and implement an effective teacher management system and school development planning management system.
