针对航空发动机清洗系统方案论证的需要,以通用CFD软件为基础建立了发动机清洗过程中空气-液滴两相流场数值计算模型,对发动机不同工作状态、不同喷嘴参数的气流参数分布和液滴相对发动机的覆盖程度进行了分析,并对可行的清洗方案进行了讨论。研究结果表明:进气道中气流向上的速度分量对清洗液滴有显著影响;发动机冷转状态液滴的覆盖效果较为合理。
Aero-liquid droplet two-phase flow field numerical calculation model was established based on CFD software based on common CFD software. Based on the calculation of airflow parameter distribution and droplet of different nozzle parameters Relative engine coverage was analyzed and feasible cleaning options were discussed. The results show that the velocity components of the air in the intake passage have a significant effect on the cleaning liquid droplets, and the covering effect of the liquid droplets in the cold state of the engine is more reasonable.
