韩国作为国际足联２００２年世界杯韩国和日本两个举办国之一 计划新建１０座高标准体育场。其中三座现已完成并已用于２００１年国际足联联合会杯赛事另七座正在施工之中。１０座体育场分别建在韩国的１０个城市 包括 济州、金州、仁川、光州、釜山、汉城、水原、大邱和蔚山。 ２００２年世界杯首场赛将在汉城举行决赛将在日本的横滨进行。 田宇构造结构工程师事务所有幸参与了济州和釜山体育场的设计。现将两座新建的体育场简介如下。
South Korea plans to set up 10 high-standard stadiums as one of the host countries for South Korea and Japan in the 2002 FIFA World Cup. Three of these have now been completed and are being used for the construction of another seven of the FIFA Confederations Cup in 2001 under construction. 10 cities including 10 stadiums in Korea are Jeju, Jinju, Incheon, Gwangju, Busan, Seoul, Suwon, Daegu and Ulsan. The first World Cup in 2002 will be held in Seoul, the final will be held in Yokohama, Japan. Tian Yu structural engineers have the honor to participate in the design of Stadium Jeju and Busan.
