血管性痴呆(VascularDementia,VD)是因脑血管疾病所致的智能及认知功能障碍的临床综合征。其病理机制主要有脑梗死、小血管疾病、白质损伤、神经元损伤几方面。近来一些研究表明Notch/Delta信号通路可对神经干细胞增殖分化起非常重要的调控作用。Notch/Delta信号通路上游基因的激活,可促使神经干细胞向星形胶质细胞、少突胶质细胞的分化、增殖和维持,分泌神经营养因子,修复受损神经元。Notch1受体与Jagged1配体结合,经过三次切割,形成NICD-CSL转录复合体,启动神经祖细胞向神经中间细胞向神经干细胞向星形胶质细胞、少突胶质细胞分化、增殖、发育。首乌益智胶囊主要由制何首乌、黄芪、益智等药物组成,具有补肾填精、化瘀通窍的功能,临床治疗VD效果显著。本研究采用改良Pulsinelli四血管阻断(4-VO)法制造VD大鼠模型,选
