为了改变激光加工结果的不可预见性,国外发展了基于实时检测原理的闭环控制新技术,从而能在保证加工质量的前提下轻易地获得最优的加工参数,克服了“试错法”的缺点。作者分析了多种控制方法的优缺点及适应范围,指出了选择传感器的主要考虑因素及未来的发展方向。
In order to change the unpredictability of laser processing results, a new closed-loop control technology based on real-time detection is developed in foreign countries, which can easily obtain the optimal processing parameters under the premise of ensuring the processing quality and overcome the shortcomings of “trial and error method” . The author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various control methods and the scope of their adaptation, and points out the main considerations for the selection of sensors and their future directions.
