随着社会主义市场经济的发展和我国加入WTO,对制造业提出了更高的要求,一些大的企业集团,为了能对人、财、物、信息等资源进行有效管理和调控,提高资源运作效率,积极组织实施ERP,取得了很好的效果。本文结合介绍中联重科浦沅分公司的案例,从实际操作上对小批量、多品种的工程机械制造企业实施ERP的步骤和方法进行探讨。
With the development of the socialist market economy and China’s accession to the WTO, higher demands have been placed on the manufacturing industry.
