为了提高袋装木片的堆密度.用相同的麻袋装更多的木片.使运输木片的车辆均能达到铁路车辆的额定载重量,降低木片的生产成本.经两次试验表明:在初始加压时.压实距离虽少量增加,但压力增加较大、木片压实包装应选择合理压实距离;被压实的木片能保持成形时的状态,受力干扰时仍能散开。不影响木片从麻袋内卸出;将压实的木片装入麻袋是可行的.对麻袋与木片均无不良影响;在垂直方向压实的工艺基础上、再增加水平方向的压实力和振动措施、减小木片间的内摩擦力.其技术效果和经济效益将更显著。
