对HBsAg、抗-HBs、抗-HBc3项明性的656名小学生，给予乙肝疫苗（10μgX3次）全程免疫，并进行了为期6年的追踪观察。结果表明，免疫后一年检测抗-HBs，阳性率为95．43％，P/N比值在10培以上者占87．8％。6年中P/N比值持续在10倍以上者占91．14％（525/576），HBsAg阳转率为0．34％，未发现显性病例。
A total of 656 pupils of HBsAg, anti-HBs, and anti-HBc3 were immunized with hepatitis B vaccine (10 μg × 3 times) for 6 years. The results showed that the positive rate of anti-HBs was 95.43% one year after immunization, and 87.8% when the P / N ratio was above 10%. In 6 years, the P / N ratio in patients with more than 10 times persistence was 91.14% (525/576). The HBsAg positive rate was 0.34%. No dominant cases were found.
