Under the framework of the multi-scattering theory of Glauber, using the method of transition density and three kinds of NN annihilation potentials, the differential inelastic scattering cross-section of proton with an incident momentum of 600 MeV at 12 C is calculated. The theoretical curve is in good agreement with the experimental data it is good
