灵芝作为药用菌,除采集野生产品外,多以人工培育的产品用以制药,其生产方法有原木栽培法、代料栽培法和深层液体发酵法三种,本文报道的是短段木熟料埋土栽培工艺.(一)栽培季节一般一年四季均可接种栽培,但最适接种时间是立冬至立春之间.(二)砍伐截段选用榛木、枫香、麻栎、泡栎、樱花等阔叶硬质树种.口径6cm以上枝桠材均可利用,以10～15cm最适合.在栽培前5～10天砍伐,截成12～15cm的短段.
