最近,在苏联切利宾斯克列宁拖拉机厂里推广使用了一种新型的带有电磁轴线压力装置的摩擦焊机。普通的摩擦焊机轴线顶锻压力是采用液压或气压来实现的。同时还需要必不可少的能量转换辅助装置。例如液压站、电动液压阀、压力调节器等。这就使得焊机的操纵系统复杂化且降低了工作可靠性。阻碍摩擦焊机在工业中广泛应用的主要原因之一就是缺少操纵相当简便、使用可靠而又便宜的摩擦焊装置。
