随着社会的快速发展,近年来我国档案业取得了较快的发展。人事档案属于人才信息的重要载体,是人才的主要信息源,作为国家档案的重要组成部分,对其进行开发利用是当前人事档案工作的根本。同时人事档案在人力资源开发、人才预测和人才政策制订等方面的重要性也越来越得以体现出来。对人事档案工作中存在的问题进行了分析,并进一步对加强人事档案开发利用的具体建议进行了阐述。
With the rapid development of society, the archives industry in our country has achieved rapid development in recent years.
