版权贸易无疑会在我国加入WTO之后得到长足的发展,M先生有着十年版权贸易工作经验,他就此问题作了答疑。问:目前,国内各家出版社从事版权贸易的机构并不统一,人员也没有定数。其至在对外谈判上,有的社也是多人进行、多头进行。对这个问题您的看法怎样? 答:首先,要声明一点:随着出版事业改革的深入,各出版社的自主权越来越大,包括内部机构的设置。所以,各社要不要设立专职的版权贸易部门,要多少人来从事这项工作,完全是各社自己的权力,他人无权干涉。我在这里讲的仅是我自己的体会,有的还是教训,仅供大家参考。 Copyright trade will undoubtedly get a great development after China’s accession to the WTO.
