安阳地区在计划经济条件下，肿瘤的群防群治。社区服务曾经轰轰烈烈，80年代以后，由于农村基层卫生组织削弱，社区防治难度增加，对肿瘤医院的工作也构成了很大的影响。实践使我们认识到，社区防治既是人民群众健康的需要，也是我们肿瘤医院自身建设的需要，这个阵地不能丢。
