世界职业教育本位观对各国职业教育的影响很大。职业教育课程改革中一直探索着知识本位、能力本位、人格本位和素质本位。面对市场经济和社会对职业教育的需要,职教课程改革正稳步进行着。一体化课程改革,在经历了一段时间的探索后,有了更好的方向,将知识和能力融入素质和人格的培养。回归对职业教育本质的认识,回归素质和人格本位,同时强化能力技能的锻炼,加深对知识的思考,使学生成为一名合格社会公民、一名合格的职业人。
The world view of vocational education has a great impact on vocational education in all countries. Vocational education curriculum reform has been exploring the knowledge-based, ability-based, personality-based and quality-oriented. Faced with the market economy and the need of the society for vocational education, vocational education curriculum reform is steadily going on. Integrated curriculum reform, after a period of exploration, have a better direction, the knowledge and ability into quality and personality training. Return to the nature of vocational education, return to quality and personality standard, while strengthening the ability and skills training, deepen the thinking of knowledge, so that students become a qualified social citizen, a qualified professional.
