西亚庚先生在厂建筑技术通讯’杂志第九期上发表了厂关于热水暖气重力式循环压力计算方法问题’一文, 其中提出了他对在热水自然循环采暖系统作用压力(作用水头)计算中,由于管路散热而产生的附加作用水头计算问题(主要是在下分式和单管系统中)的新的见解与意见。当然,它在实质上也不能不涉及到关于热水自然循环采暖系统作用水头的某些基本概念。根据他的论证,否定了以前和现代许多采暖通风专家在这方面的认识和规范中的规定。如果,西亚庚先生的这一理论真是正确的话,这对采暖通风科学将具有很大意义,因为,正如西亚庚先生所说,作用水头的计算在采暖工程中厂是一个很重要的基本问题’’。为
