以往钢筋连接大多采用电阻焊接或电弧焊接,需培养专业焊工,施工效益低。挤压连接是钢筋连接技术上的一次突破性发展。 北京八达机电工业有限公司最近生产出具有国内先进水平的JBD-32钢筋挤压连接机。该项技术是由国家工业建筑诊断与改造工程技术研究中心研制成功的。该技术采用全新的机械挤压连接方法,其技术工艺在国内居领先地位。在中央电视塔主体工程、大亚湾核电站、北京西客站等国家重点工程中得到广泛应用。
In the past, most of the rebar connections were resistance welding or arc welding, which required the training of professional welders, and the construction efficiency was low. Squeeze connection is a breakthrough development in the connection technology of steel bars. Beijing Bada Electromechanical Industry Co., Ltd. has recently produced a JBD-32 steel rebar jointing machine with advanced domestic standards. This technology was successfully developed by the National Industrial Building Diagnosis and Renovation Engineering Technology Research Center. This technology uses a new method of mechanical extrusion connection, and its technological process leads the domestic market. It has been widely used in key national projects such as the Central TV Tower Project, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station, and Beijing West Railway Station.
