目的 :探讨高度近视眼的有效手术矫治方法。方法 :用超声乳化手术对 30例 (4 0眼 )高度近视患者摘除晶状体 ,同时植入软性人工晶状体 (3.5mm切口组 ,2 6眼 ) ,或硬性人工晶状体 (5mm切口组 ,14眼 ) ,有目的地控制术后的屈光状态。结果 :40眼术后四周平均裸眼视力 0 .5± 0 .2 8,平均矫正视力为 0 .75± 0 .30 ,3.5mm切口组术后角膜散光的增加无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而 5mm切口组术后比术前增加了 0 .6 3D(P <0 .0 1) ,并发症主要为切口水肿和角膜混浊 ,无严重的并发症。结论 :近期效果表明 ,高度近视眼白内障的早期以超声乳化手术摘除其晶状体同时植入人工晶状体 ,能矫正其高度近视的屈光状态 ,并能较理想地控制术后的屈光水平 ,预测性较好 ,术后视力明显改善 ,而且无严重的并发症 ,可以作为治疗高度近视眼的一种手术方法。
