We suggest that enterprises should have a profound understanding of the significance of the Labor Contract Law from the perspective of sustainable development and face the possible shocks and pains in a positive manner. We should comprehensively clean up various existing rules and regulations of the enterprise, handle possible labor disputes in accordance with the law, and re-establish the selection process of qualified personnel so as to establish a scientific and perfect human resources management system.
