介绍了一种实用的送丝控制系统,分析了系统的组成和工作原理。反馈控制试验的结果表明,系统能够补偿网压波动和送丝阻力变化对送丝速度的影响,满足了焊接工艺对送丝稳定性的要求。同时,该系统输出的送丝速度与其给定信号具有良好的线性关系,实现了线性化调节。
A practical wire feed control system is introduced, and the composition and working principle of the system are analyzed. The results of the feedback control test show that the system can compensate for the influence of the variation of wire pressure fluctuation and wire feed resistance on the wire feeding speed and satisfy the welding process requirements for wire feeding stability. At the same time, the output of the system wire feed speed and its given signal has a good linear relationship to achieve a linear adjustment.
