采用金属型螺旋线模具测量了4种常用热浸镀合金液的流动性,并对螺旋线试样的组织进行观察、分析和讨论。测量结果显示:在445℃时,4种合金液的流动性随着Al质量分数的增加呈先降低后增加的趋势,当Al质量分数低于0.2%时,合金液的流动性下降;而当Al质量分数增加到5%时,合金液的流动性又增加。研究发现引起这种变化的原因是由于随着Al质量分数的增加,凝固过程的组织中出现了树枝晶、沉淀相和共析反应中产生的“自热”现象。
The fluidity of four common hot-dip alloy solutions was measured by using a metal spiral mold. The microstructure of the spiral samples was observed, analyzed and discussed. The results show that at 445 ℃, the fluidity of the four alloy fluids first decreases and then increases with the increase of Al mass fraction. When the mass fraction of Al is less than 0.2%, the fluidity of the alloy fluid decreases. When Al mass fraction increases to 5%, the fluidity of alloy fluid increases. The reason for this change was found to be due to the “self-heating” phenomenon that occurs in the dendrite, precipitated phase and eutectoid reaction in the solidification process with the increase of Al mass fraction.
