自我国首次建立中小学教师职称评审制度至今已有三十余年,在此期间该制度虽然经过一系列发展、变化与调整,逐渐适应我国当前社会发展的新形势,但是在乡镇地区的执行过程中依然尚存漏洞与不足。本文意在针对这些漏洞与不足提出相应建议,在对其进行完善的基础上,使其能够有力地推动当地乡镇教育事业的发展。
