永久洞室的支护方法,多年来一直是松软岩层矿井生产的技术难关。常规的干砌料石支护,隔水性能差、寿命短、维修量大,严重地影响生产。作者针对松软岩层围岩变形特性,通过长期的现场量测,以及计算机模拟检验等手段,对联合支护方法进行了较全面的考察,证实该方法适用于松坎岩层永久洞室的支护。 联合支护的永久洞室投入使用五年来的实践表明。围岩变形趋于稳定,巷道状态良好,设备运行正常,在技术上和经济上都取得了较好的效益。为解决地下水丰富的松坎岩层矿井的永久支护奠定了良好基础。
The method of supporting the permanent caverns has been a technical difficulty for the production of soft rock formations for many years. Conventional dry block stone support, poor water barrier properties, short life, large maintenance, seriously affect production. Based on the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in soft rock strata, the authors conducted a comprehensive survey of the joint support methods through long-term on-site measurements and computer simulation tests, confirming that this method is suitable for the support of permanent caverns in the Songkan Rock Formation. The practice of joint support of the permanent caverns put into use for five years shows. The deformation of the surrounding rock tends to be stable, the roadway is in good condition, and the equipment is operating normally. It has achieved good technical and economic benefits. It laid a good foundation for solving the permanent support of the well-abundant groundwater reservoir of Songkan Rock.
