一、概述对于炼钢电弧炉来说,炉墙寿命是一项综合性很强的技术经济指标。延长炉墙寿命,对于增加产量、降低成本及减少耐火材料消耗,都具有一定的积极意义。随着钢铁事业的高速度发展,近几年国内外都采用扩大炉膛容积、吹氧喷油助熔进行强化冶炼等方法来满足钢产量的需要;同时也由于低碳钢和超低碳不锈钢种的日益增多,在某种程度上使冶炼温度提高,从而使炉墙的热负荷增加、工作条件日趋恶化;再加上还由于耐火材料质量低劣等方面的原因,致使耐火材料炉墙特别在高温区的蚀损严重,炉令逐年下降。
