我国改革开放三十年,带来的成果有目共睹。改革最为关键也是最难以改变的是观念。新课标的实施,实质是教育观念的变革,进而推动教育行为手段的系列变革。我国教育实践与理论延续多少年来,在局中人中形成了既有的定势,当遭遇新观念、新手段时,第一阻力来自于既有观念。这种冲突中,谁变得适时、适度,谁就会站在时代的前沿,进而引领发展的方向。
