为了实现牵引系统的线路模拟考核,提出了一种应用于轨道交通牵引系统线路考核的考核设计方案。本考核系统以轨道交通低地板机车牵引系统为考核对象,利用虚拟仪器编程软件LabVIEW,充分发挥虚拟仪器技术硬件通信能力强,编程周期短的优点,实现了对牵引系统的的线路模拟考核。该考核系统通过在实际牵引系统上的调试使用,证明系统能够实现路况模拟,以及自动控制牵引系统进行模拟运行,从而顺利实现线路模拟考核。
In order to realize the line simulation test of the traction system, a test design scheme applied to the line evaluation of the rail transit traction system was proposed. This examination system takes the traction system of low floor locomotive for rail transit as the test object, and makes full use of the virtual instrument programming software LabVIEW to give full play to the advantages of virtual instrument hardware communication ability and short programming cycle, and realizes the line simulation assessment of the traction system. The test system through the actual use of the traction system debugging to prove that the system can achieve traffic simulation, as well as automatic control of the traction system to simulate the operation, so as to successfully achieve the line simulation assessment.
