Caspase蛋白酶在死亡受体介导的细胞凋亡中起着中心的作用,近年来又发现caspase在传递多种化疗药物的敏感性中起重要作用,Caspase活性的组成性下调会增强肿瘤细胞的化疗抗药性。对许多经典的多药耐药机理的研究发现,其中都有caspase的参与。对caspase的深入研究将对我们进一步认识肿瘤细胞多药耐药的机理及提出更新的耐药逆转方法提供思路。
Caspase protease plays a central role in death receptor-mediated apoptosis. In recent years, caspase has been found to play an important role in transmitting the sensitivity of various chemotherapeutic drugs. The constitutive down-regulation of caspase activity enhances the chemotherapy of tumor cells. Drug resistance. The study of many classical multidrug resistance mechanisms found that all of them have the participation of caspase. An in-depth study of caspase will provide ideas for further understanding of the mechanism of multidrug resistance in tumor cells and suggesting an updated drug resistance reversal method.
