随着经济体制改革的不断深入,机关事业养老保险制度存在许多亟待解决的问题,如政策不统一、不够规范、缺乏法律依据;各地发展不平衡,养老保险待遇未与缴费挂钩;养老金支付压力大;统筹层次低等问题。这些问题若不能及时加以关注,积极解决,势必影响机关事业社会保险事业的健康发展。为此,本文通过对我国机关事业养老保险制度现状的分析,探索出一些具有可行性的解决问题的对策与建议,以期对机关事业养老保险制度的改革起到借鉴作用。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system, there are many problems to be solved urgently in the old-age insurance system of government agencies and institutions, such as the unification of policies, the lack of standardization and the lack of legal basis. The uneven development of the pension insurance system has not been linked with the payment of pensions. Large; lower level overall planning. If these problems can not be given timely attention and actively solved, it is bound to affect the healthy development of the social insurance undertakings of organs and agencies. Therefore, by analyzing the status quo of China’s pension insurance system, this paper explores some feasible solutions to the problems and suggestions, with a view to reference the reform of pension insurance system.
