目的:观察滋阴明目丸对SD大鼠视网膜损伤时氧自由基代谢的影响,探讨滋阴明目丸对视网膜光损伤大鼠模型的保护作用和机制。方法:SD大鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、滋阴明目丸低剂量组、滋阴明目丸中剂量组、滋阴明目丸高剂量组,共6组,每组10只。空白对照组不予处理,其余组均建立自制光损伤装置模型,光照后3 d开始灌胃,连续15 d。取大鼠视网膜组织,测定各组总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:T-SOD含量和GSHPx含量,模型对照组及各给药组与空白对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);滋阴明目丸中、高剂量组及杞菊地黄丸与模型对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。CAT含量,模型对照组及各给药组与空白对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);滋阴明目丸中、高剂量组及杞菊地黄丸与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MDA含量,模型对照组及各给药组与空白对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);滋阴明目丸中、高剂量组及杞菊地黄丸与模型对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴明目丸具有干预氧自由基代谢的作用,可以减少脂质过氧化物的产生,明显减轻光照引起的视网膜氧化应激损伤,对视网膜功能起保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Ziyin Mingmu Pill on the metabolism of oxygen free radicals in retina of SD rats, and to explore the protective effect and mechanism of Ziyin Mingmu Pill on retinal light injury in rats. Methods: Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, model control group, positive control group, low dose Ziyin Mingmu Pill, middle dose Ziyin Mingmu Pill, high dose Ziyin Mingmu Pill, A total of 6 groups of 10. The blank control group was not treated, and the remaining groups were set up a model of self-made photodamage device, gavage 3 d after light, continuous 15 d. The retinal tissues of rats were taken out and the activities of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and catalase (CAT) MDA) content. Conclusion: Ziyin Mingmu pill intervenes in the metabolism of oxygen free radicals, which can reduce the production of lipid peroxidation, significantly reduce the damage of retinal oxidative stress induced by light and play a protective role on retinal function.
