随着社会的发展和国民经济的提高,人们的生活水平得到了极大地改善。但在实际的生活过程中,由于缺乏相关食品营养知识导致居民摄入食品营养不足、摄入食品营养失衡等问题仍然广泛存在。为切实提高我国国民体质、防止疾病产生,各职业院校普遍开设了营养学相关课程。传统的营养课程教学理念、教学方法在教学实践中逐渐暴露出一些问题,制约了营养课程教学水平的进一步提高。本文从营养课程教学现状出发,结合到营养课程相关教学需求,对营养课程教学改革的内容与实践进行探究。
With the development of society and the improvement of the national economy, people’s living standards have been greatly improved. However, in the actual process of life, due to the lack of relevant knowledge of food nutrition leading to residents under-nutrition food intake, food imbalances and other issues are still widespread. In order to effectively improve the physique of our countrymen and prevent the occurrence of diseases, various vocational colleges generally have nutrition-related courses. The traditional nutrition teaching ideas and teaching methods gradually exposed some problems in teaching practice, which restricted the further improvement of the teaching level of nutrition courses. Based on the teaching status of nutrition courses, this article combines the teaching needs of nutrition courses and probes into the content and practice of teaching reform of nutrition courses.
