本文通过对GCr15轴承钢在液压机应变速率下温挤压试验,较为深入地研究了材料的单位变形力与变形的基本参数,其中主要是温度与变形程度之间的关系,分别就“蓝脆”和“相变”的问题得出了两个新的结论,并对所发现的现象进行了解释;建立了计算单位变形力的诺模图和数学模型。结合上述研究,还考察了在各种变形参数下工件加工硬化的变化规律。
In this paper, the GCr15 bearing steel in the hydraulic machine under the strain rate of the warm extrusion test, more in-depth study of the material unit deformation force and deformation of the basic parameters, of which the main is the relationship between temperature and degree of deformation, respectively, “blue brittle” And “phase change”, two new conclusions have been drawn and the phenomena discovered have been explained. A new nomogram and mathematical model for calculating the unit deformation force have been established. Combined with the above research, the variation of work-hardening under different deformation parameters was also investigated.
