在定性分析硬质合金刀具磨损机理的基础上,对于一定的刀具材料和工件材料,在各种切削用量组合下,进行切削用量的优化实验研究,得出在半精加工条件下最佳切削速度和进给量的组合及优化参数方程,并画出诺模图供生产中直接查找最佳切削用量.还应用正交设计回归分析通过测温实验建立了切削温度与切削用量的关系式,用以选择切削速度、进给量及切削深度的最佳组合。
