目的 探讨采用计算机网络通讯技术,构建医院内以放射科为核心的小型医学影像存储与传输系统(minipicturearchivingandcommunicationsystems,mini-PACS)。方法 使用符合DICOM 3. 0标准的安科Anatom螺旋CT机、GMSX线数字摄影机、岛津数字胃肠机、SGI工作站、激光胶片打印机、Dell服务器、报告终端等组成放射科信息网络,驳接医院局域网,设置合适的网络参数,应用FTP2000等网络软件传输资料,组建mini-PACS。放射科图文报告系统由VB6. 0编程获得。结果 mini-PACS实现了图像采集、数据传输与共享、数据存储、报告与打印、登记与统计等 5大模块功能,构建了放射科与临床的信息通道,经过 420d2600余病例使用,系统稳定,经简单维护未出现故障。结论 证实这种小型系统能实现上述功能,安全可靠,维护简便,具有很高的经济效益与科研价值。
Objective To explore the use of computer network communication technology to build a small medical imaging storage and transmission system (minipicture archiving and communications systems, mini-PACS) in the hospital. Methods An Anatom Spiral CT machine, GMSX line digital camera, Shimadzu digital gastrointestinal machine, SGI workstation, laser film printer, Dell server and report terminal complying with DICOM 3.0 standard were used to form a Radiology Information Network. LAN, set the appropriate network parameters, the application of network software such as FTP2000 transmission of data, the formation of mini-PACS. Radiological graphic reporting system is programmed by VB6.0. Results The mini-PACS achieved five modules of functions such as image acquisition, data transmission and sharing, data storage, report and printing, registration and statistics, and established radiology and clinical information channels. After 420 days and more than 2600 cases were used, the system was stable. Simple maintenance without failure. The conclusion proves that such a small system can achieve the above functions, is safe, reliable, easy to maintain, and has high economic benefits and scientific research value.
