目的了解咸阳市家蝇抗药性情况,指导科学合理的使用杀虫剂。方法采用点滴法,测定家蝇半数致死量(LD_(50))。结果咸阳市家蝇对4种常用杀虫剂的LD_(50)依次为敌敌畏0.019μg/只,高效氯氰菊酯0.098μg/只,溴氰菊酯0.013μg/只,残杀威6.627μg/只,与敏感试虫相比R/S值敌敌畏为4.71倍,高效氯氰菊酯为31.92倍,溴氰菊酯为20.63倍,残杀威为31.02倍。结论咸阳地区家蝇对4种杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性,以残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯最为显著,与当地农业生产、卫生城市创建等工作中杀虫剂的使用方法不当密切相关;建议加强抗药性监测,科学合理用药,采取综合防治措施,以减缓抗药性的发展。
Objective To understand the antibiotic resistance of Musca domestica in Xianyang and to guide the scientific and rational use of insecticides. Methods The half-lethal dose (LD 50) of housefly was determined by the method of drip method. Results LD_ (50) of four commonly used insecticides in houseflies of Xianyang City was 0.019 μg / d for dichlorvos, 0.098 μg / a for cypermethrin, 0.013 μg / delta for deltamethrin and 6.627 μg for propoxurone Compared with the R / S value of the test insects, dichlorvos was 4.71 times, beta-cypermethrin 31.92 times, deltamethrin 20.63 times, and propoxur 30.02 times. Conclusions Musca domestica in Xianyang district have different levels of resistance to four kinds of insecticides, most notably Nefamethasone and beta-cypermethrin, which are closely related to improper use of pesticides in local agricultural production and health city creation. Strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance, scientific and rational use of drugs, to take comprehensive prevention and control measures to slow the development of drug resistance.
