随着我国电子商务的快速发展,如何有效地规范电子商务交易成为当前的一大难题。以“淘宝”为代表的电子商务平台开创了一种自律管理的模式。该种模式有效地管理了平台上发生的电子商务交易,但是也存在着一定的问题。本文试图从平台自律管理权的角度来分析其性质来源和范围。
With the rapid development of e-commerce in our country, how to regulate e-commerce transactions effectively becomes a major challenge. The “e-commerce platform represented by Taobao” has created a model of self-regulation. This model effectively manages e-commerce transactions that take place on the platform, but there are also some problems. This article attempts to analyze the nature and scope of its nature from the perspective of self-regulation of the platform.
