目的观察现场采集的生物样品保存条件和时间对医院卫生监督监测中采集样品检验结果的影响,以便确保监测结果的准确性。方法采用现场采集样品置于设定保存条件下进行细菌检验,比较各种因素对检验结果的影响。结果常温组保存的空气样品随保存时间延长,检测细菌总数由2 h的123 cfu/m3增加到6 h的877cfu/m3。低温组保存在6 h内菌数没有变化。常温组保存的物体表面样品随保存时间延长,检测细菌总数由2 h的6 cfu/cm2增加到6 h的96 cfu/cm2。低温组保存在6 h内菌数没有变化。结论现场采集的生物样品必须置于0~4℃条件下,当日进行检验方可确保检验结果的准确性。
Objective To observe the influence of the preservation conditions and time of biological samples collected in the field on the test results of samples collected in the hospital health supervision and monitoring in order to ensure the accuracy of the monitoring results. Methods The samples were collected on the spot and tested for bacteria by setting the conditions of preservation. The effects of various factors on the test results were compared. Results The air samples stored at room temperature increased with the storage time, and the total number of bacteria detected increased from 123 cfu / m3 at 2 h to 877 cfu / m3 at 6 h. Cryopreservation kept unchanged within 6 h. The samples stored at room temperature kept the same with the storage time.
