U理论是关于人类、团队、组织等社会主体学习、创新与变革的深层次过程与源泉的理论,由麻省理工学院(MIT)OttoScharmer教授历时10年的研究于2004年提出。本文在简要评述了U理论的起源之后,重点讨论了U理论的核心内容——关于人类学习与创新的深层次生成过程(即U型曲线)、源泉与核心环节(在场,Presencing),并探讨了U理论在领导力开发、组织变革、解决复杂性问题以及组织学习、创新等方面的应用。
U theory is a deep-seated process and source of learning, innovation and transformation of social subjects such as human beings, teams and organizations. It was proposed by Professor OttoScharmer of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2004 after 10 years of research. After a brief review of the origin of U theory, this article focuses on the core of U theory - on the deep generation process of human learning and innovation (ie U-shaped curve), source and core (presence, Presencing) U-theory in the leadership development, organizational change, to solve the complexity of the problem and organizational learning, innovation and application.
