目的:采用聚类分析探讨桂枝各组分在人体组织器官中的蛋白表达量。方法:通过TCMID已经构建的基于中药单味药与复方的蛋白表达情况,与OMIM人体疾病基因表达数据库相关基因进行基于cytoscape的富集分析。将与疾病相关的桂枝各组分的蛋白表达情况在gene card在线数据库中查阅统计,并进行分析。结果:在人体蛋白表达量的累积量统计结果中,桂枝各组分相关的基因,从高到低依次为生殖系统、心脑血管、内分泌、血液、内脏。各单一组织的表达量中,单核细胞、肝脏、卵巢、睾丸、胎盘、脾脏、肾脏、肾上腺、胰腺、胰岛等组织的蛋白表达占比较大。结论:桂枝各组分蛋白表达累积量在人体生殖系统、心脑血管相关蛋白表达中占比较重,提示与桂枝走表调和营卫、入里温阳化气的功能关系密切,桂枝各组分中原儿茶酸、肉桂酸、合金欢醇、樟脑等组分与CAT、HSD17B10、OXCT1、ALDH3A2、UROD、HMOX1等基因的表达关系密切,提示应综合考虑多通路对人体的复杂影响。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protein expression of each component of Cassia twig in human tissues and organs by cluster analysis. Methods: The cytoscape-based enrichment analysis of genes related to the OMIM human disease gene expression database was carried out based on the TCMID expression profiles of TCM-based single herbs and compounds. The protein expression of each component in the disease-related cassia twig was analyzed and analyzed in the gene card online database. Conclusion: Cinnamon sticks protein accumulation in the human reproductive system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular related protein expression accounted for a relatively large, suggesting that Gui Guizi watch reconcile with the Ying Wei, into the yang yang qi function is closely related to Guizhi The components of protocatechuic acid, cinnamic acid, alchol, camphor and other components were closely related to the expression of CAT, HSD17B10, OXCT1, ALDH3A2, UROD, HMOX1 and other genes, suggesting that the complicated effects of multiple pathways on human body should be considered comprehensively.
