研究通过重力沉降法、Zeta电位分析法以及粘度分析,研究了二癸基二甲基氯化铵(DDAC)以及不同复配分散剂对有机蒙脱土在水溶液中的分散行为,以及pH值对有机蒙脱土分散稳定性的影响。结果表明:有机蒙脱土悬浮液的分散稳定性随着DDAC浓度的增加呈现先增后减的趋势;不同高分子分散剂与DDAC复配后,降低了悬浮液的Zeta电位,但却提高了体系的空间位阻效应,当悬浮液体系的pH值为8~11范围内时,体系的稳定性提高。
In this paper, the dispersion behavior of montmorillonite (MMT) in aqueous solution was investigated by gravimetric sedimentation method, Zeta potential analysis and viscosity analysis. The effects of DDAC and different dispersants on the dispersion of Effect of montmorillonite dispersion stability. The results showed that the dispersion stability of the montmorillonite suspension increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration of DDAC. After the addition of different polymeric dispersants and DDAC, the Zeta potential of the suspension was decreased, The steric hindrance of the system increases the stability of the system when the pH of the suspension system is in the range of 8-11.
