机车在线路上运行时,轮轨之间相互作用的垂向力和横向力是许多技术课题必须掌握的基本参数,在机车上研制专用的测力轮对并对试验数据进行统计处理,可以明显提高轮轨力的测试精度,也便于对试验数据进行更全面更深入的分析。 本文介绍了机车测力轮对的设计原则、工艺要求、轮轨力测量方法、主要评定方法、以及试验数据的处理方法,并以ND_5机车在R=300m曲线上的试验记录为例,介绍了轮轨力实际测量结果。
When the locomotive runs on the road, the vertical force and lateral force of interaction between the wheel and the rail are the basic parameters which must be grasped by many technical issues. Developing a special measuring wheel pair on the locomotive and performing statistical processing on the test data can obviously improve The test accuracy of wheel-rail force also facilitates a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis of test data. This paper introduces the design principles, technical requirements, wheel and rail force measurement methods, main evaluation methods and test data processing methods of locomotive force measuring wheel pairs.
