本文试图从理论分析和试验研究两个方面找出四边——差动、四边——对称这两种系统的异同。理论分析的前提条件:1.滑阀处于几何对称位置时,各开口量皆为δ_0;2.忽略阀的内、外泄漏;3.未考虑滑阀上所受之射流力和弹簧力的影响;4.认为阀进口压力恒定,不随流量变化而变化;5.在计算中,考虑油的可压缩性、管路的变形、油流的惯性、油内气泡等因素的影响;6.考虑随动重量、差动面积的影响;7.对系统非线性因素,按“微小偏差法”进行线性化。
This paper tries to find out the similarities and differences between the two systems of four sides - differential, four sides - symmetry from theoretical analysis and experimental research.
